Steel Bonding Adhesive is a modified epoxy two-component product with strong bonding force. It cures at room temperature and exhibits excellent aging resistance and impact resistance in self-adhesion and mutual adhesion between steel plates and concrete. It has high shear strength and is suitable for pasting steel plates to reinforce various structures.

Application Scenario：

Steel bonding reinforcement for various building structural components such as walls, slabs, beams, and columns (for large-area steel plates or plates with a thickness ≥5mm, it's recommended to use structural injection adhesive for injection-based steel bonding reinforcement);
Self-adhesion or mutual adhesion of metal, non-metal, and polymer materials in civil engineering structures.

EXCLUSIVE FORMULA

1.WONSTAR Bonding Adhesives use nanoscale raw materials with extremely fine particles, and we also incorporate anti-flow control agents to give the adhesive excellent thixotropic properties.
2.In the adhesive formulation, we introduce hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups, allowing the adhesive to maintain outstanding bonding capability in both humid and dry environments.
3.The product also include defoaming agents to ensure that no bubbles are generated in the adhesive, preventing any impact on its strength.
4.To compensate for the epoxy resin's lack of toughness, we introduce elastic reactive spheres into the formulation, enhancing the adhesive's impact resistance and long-term performance.
