Apart from traditional steel plate reinforcement, carbon fiber reinforcement has been widely adopted. Carbon fiber fabric wrapping and strip bonding are two commonly used methods for carbon fiber reinforcement. When the strengthening requirement of components such as beams or slabs demands a significant increase in load-bearing capacity, using a multi-layer carbon fiber fabric bonding method will increase the project volume and construction difficulty. To address this challenge, the use of carbon fiber sheet bonding methods can be employed. This involves using structural adhesive to bond carbon fiber sheets onto the concrete surface, achieving the objective of reinforcing the components.
